Statistics

Silverstone, the venue of the British Grand Prix. Barely ever won by British drivers but some manage the feat and some even go on to win the world championship. The best example of that is Nigel Mansell.

Silverstone hosted the first ever Grand Prix race which was held in 1950. Ever since then, it has been regarded as the real home of the British Grand Prix, even when the race itself was held at Brand's Hatch or Aintree.
