Over the years Dr Jim and Lynda McCall have seen or heard of just about any kind of problem behaviour a horse can come up with. This marvellous book grew out of the answers they've provided frustrated horse folk in their columns and articles appearing in leading publications such as The Quarter Horse Journal, Western Horseman, Horse & Rider (US), The Paint Horse Journal and The Thoroughbred Times, among others.
Covering many of the most common problem behaviours, the McCalls' approach is to first understand the reasons behind the behaviour and develop the solution from there. The result, aside from correcting whatever is at issue, is to create a stronger bond between human and equine which often prevents problems from happening in the first place.
